Organic cantucci are dry almond biscuits, made up by cutting the loaf of dough into slices while hot. They are the most typical dessert of the Tuscan culinary tradition, particularly appreciated when paired with vin santo.
Casa Rinaldi version uses a recipe with 25% whole almonds in order to get a crumbly biscuit but with a unique crunchiness.
