“The regionals” is a selection of extra virgin olive oils inspired by the traditions of different Italian regions: EVO oils Garda DOP Bresciano, Terra di Bari – Castel del Monte, Toscano IGP, Val di Mazara DOP, Ligure – Riviera dei Fiori and Umbria PDO – Colli del Trasimeno.

Lake Garda PDO Bresciano extra virgin olive oil is a rare and delicate gem. It is a condiment made unique by the microclimate in which the olives grow, coming from lake and mountain areas such as Brescia, Verona, Mantua and Trento.
Pale yellow in color, Garda PDO Bresciano is characterized by a light fruity aroma, accompanied by a marked almond aftertaste.
This extra virgin olive oil is very versatile. It goes well with many dishes and recipes based on lake fish, but also with meats and fish carpaccio, raw vegetables, bruschetta, as well as low-fat cheeses and stracchino.

Terra di Bari
Our DOP Terra di Bari extra virgin olive oil is an absolute excellence of Puglia, extracted from a particular variety of Coratina olives from Castel Del Monte.
Terra di Bari PDO extra virgin olive oil has a bright green color enriched by intense yellow shades. It has a fruity and intense aroma, and it releases bitter and spicy sensations.
This EVO oil is ideal for dishes with a strong taste, as well as accompanied with legumes, meat sauce, roasts, baked meat, cooked vegetables and salads, fish dishes, salads and shellfish.

Toscano IGP
Toscano IGP is and extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan olive varieties Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio.
It has a yellow and green color, and a strong aroma with hints of artichoke, ripe fruits and green leafy vegetables. Casa Rinaldi's extra virgin olive oil Toscano has a very marked fruity flavor, ideal to perfectly accompany typical Tuscan dishes such as Fiorentina meat.

Casa Rinaldi's Val di Mazara PDO extra virgin olive oil comes from Sicilian Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olive varieties. It has a medium fruity aroma with clear hints of green tomato and fresh herbs; it is fruity, velvety and with a sweet aftertaste. It is yellow-gold in color, with interesting shades of intense green.
