Vices and virtues

“Vizi e virtù” by Casa Rinaldi collects a selection of mustards and jellies made with the freshest raw materials, coming exclusively from the Italian territory: a selection with strong flavors.

Mustard is made from fruit or vegetable cut into thin slices and then candied, dipped in a sugar syrup and made spicy; it is a typical product linked to the peasant tradition of Mantova –  an ancient method to preserve fruit and vegetables during the winter. It is consumed as a side dish for boiled and roasted meats, and it is also excellent with savory and aged cheeses or meats.

In our jellies we find the flavors and aromas of the wines: from Mantuan Lambrusco to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, we have selected the best local products to create a small cellar to taste.

The complete selection includes: fig mustard, green tomato mustard, pumpkin mustard, melon mustard, quince mustard, fig soup with balsamic vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco jelly and Modena Balsamic Vinegar jelly.
