Tagliatelle artichokes and bottarga

  • 320gr tagliatelle
  • 320gr grilled artichokes
  • Bottarga
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • Parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the recipe

Cut the grilled artichokes into thin slices.

In a pan, warm up a drizzle of olive oil with garlic and chili pepper.

Add the artichokes, some chopped parsley and sauté for a few minutes. Remove the garlic.

Cook the tagliatelle in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain the tagliatelle in the pan and mix well.

Serve your tagliatelle with a teaspoon of bottarga and fresh parsley.
