“Pyrex” box set brings Casa Rinaldi classic condiments to the table in an unexpected way with creativity and expertise. The box set is made up of a spherical glass jar containing a smaller jar, respectively filled with 50ml of Modena balsamic vinegar and 250ml of extra virgin olive oil. The jars are presented in an elegant cardboard box.

The 100% Italian olive oil is cold extracted and has a light green color enriched by golden shades. Its pleasant fruity fragrance is reinforced by hints of artichoke and green tomato. It is perfectly matched to the bittersweet Modena balsamic vinegar and its interesting woody scent.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP) 95% (wine vinegar*, concentrated grape must*, coloring: E150d*), concentrated grape must*. *Contains sulphites.

Extra virgin olive oil – 100% Italian. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

The Modena Balsamic Vinegar has a bittersweet taste that goes along really well with carpaccios. The 100% Italian EVO oil is ideal to match carpaccios and grilled dishes, as well as to cook sauces, roasts and side dishes.
