Himalaya pink salt
Crystal salt from Pakistan (trade name Himalaya salt) is one of the most popular salts in the world. Its characteristic pink shade depends on the amount of iron ions stored in the salt. It is extracted from Punjabi mines, about 200km from Himalaya mountain.
Its memorable look and the incomparable sweet flavor makes this salt really popular. It is perfect to be paired with first and second courses, pickles, fish, meat, salads, vegetables, eggs.
