Our premium extra virgin olive oil in flask comes from olives grown in Puglia, Sicily and Calabria regions. We use a wide variety of olives harvested between October and December: Carolea, Coratina, Cerasuola, Ogliarola, Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla olive varieties.

The color is clear, light green in color and enriched with bright gold reflections. It is very pleasant, bitter and spicy, with a fruity aroma with hints of bitter almond.
