Casa Rinaldi’s dehydrated mix for porcini mushroom risotto has a strong and creamy taste. This risotto is one of the original versions of risotto and is very popular in northern Italy, Lombardy and Veneto. It was paired with local ingredients, including porcini mushrooms.
