Our balsamic creams – black and shiny condiments –, characterized by a density between 1.22 and 1.24, have the typical sweet aroma of vinegar and are pleasant on the palate thanks to a sweet and sour flavor. Our recipe, rich in cooked grape must, makes them perfect products both to enhance the taste of dishes and to enrich them with unique decorations.
