Chicken nuggets

Ingredients
  • 400gr chicken breasts
  • 4 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Balsamic cream
  • Frying oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the recipe

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.

Dip the chicken in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this action twice.

Bring the oil to temperature and dip the chicken. Keep on frying until the nuggets will be golden and crunchy.

Drain the nuggets and dry on some kitchen paper. Add salt.

Serve adding some balsamic cream on top.
