“The Classics” box set combines Italian tradition with a genuine, refined and polished look. It is made up of one bottle of our 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil and our delicious Modena balsamic vinegar: a perfect gift for special events, made pleasant to the eye by its steel display stand.

The characteristic fragrance and unique taste of extra virgin olive oil is a perfect balance of bitter and spicy. The Modena Balsamic Vinegar – 1.09 density – is dark and shiny, with a bittersweet flavor and a nice woody scent.

Ingredients and allergens

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: wine vinegar*, concentrated grape must*, colouring: E150d*. *Contains sulphites.

Extra virgin olive oil – 100% Italian. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Tips and combinations

“The Classics” box set of condiments is ideal to season raw or grilled vegetables and appetizers, or to cook sauces, dips and marinades. The Modena Balsamic Vinegar has a bittersweet taste that goes along really well with carpaccios. The 100% Italian EVO oil is also ideal to match carpaccios and grilled dishes, as well as to cook sauces, roasts and side dishes.
