Shrimps tartare, stracciatella & truffle

  • 8 fresh shrimps
  • 250gr stracciatella
  • Semi-dried tomatoes
  • Truffle carpaccio

Wash and clean the shrimps.

Cut the shrimps to make a tartare.

Use spoons or small bowls and start assemble the finger foods with a base of stracciatella.

Add a spoon of shrimp tartare.

Finish the dish with a semi-dried tomato and a slice of truffle carpaccio.
