Casa Rinaldi’s organic PGI Modena balsamic vinegar comes from cooked grape must, goes through natural fermentation and does not contain additional aromas.

It has a black-brown  color, dark but bright, and a characteristic and complex perfume, enriched by a pleasant acidity and woody scent. The flavor is perfectly sweet and sour, while its density is 1.084.

Our organic PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is ideal for garnishing salads and raw vegetables and excellent for enhancing the flavor of grilled vegetables. It goes perfectly well with red onions and tomatoes and can be added to sauces, dips and marinades. With its sweet and sour taste it is suitable for flavoring shellfish, roasted meat and liver.
