Zutaten
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 100gr finely minced beef tartare
- Truffle oil
- Truffle Carpaccio
- Caper sauce
- Salt and pepper
Toast the bread on both sides and cut the crust.
Season the meat with salt, pepper a spoon of capers’ sauce, a little pinch of mustard and our truffle oil (Tip: if the mixture results too loose, you can add one egg yolk).
Fill the toast and compact bread and meat.
Cut the toast in 4 squared pieces to serve them like we did.
Finish the dish with our truffle carpaccio.
