Beef fillet with truffle shaves

  • 4 Beef Fillet
  • Whole Black Truffle
  • Truffle flavored Balsamic Vinegar
  • 400 gr Potatoes
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Rosemary

Vorbereitung des Rezepts

Wash and cut potatoes.

Spread them on a baking sheet with 2 garlic cloves, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, warm up a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the beef fillet for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve the fillet with truffle shaves on top.

Add the potatoes and pour a drizzle of Truffle Oil.

Finally, garnish the dish with few drops of Truffle flavored Balsamic Vinegar.
