- 1 stracciatella
- 150gr Mortadella
- Pesto Genovese
- Chopped pistachios
- Extra virgin olive oil
Warm up your pinsa in pre-heated oven for 8.10 minutes at 180°, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Season your pinsa with stracciatella and mortadella slices.
Finally add some pesto Genovese and some chopped pistachios.
